For help with an existing order — a report that has not arrived, birth details that need correcting, or a download link that has expired — email us from the same address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly.
What to include
Please include the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, the order token from your confirmation page. We aim to reply within one working day.
Before you write
Reports are delivered within 6 hours of payment. If that window has not passed yet, your Kundli is most likely still being prepared. Please also check your spam or promotions folder for the delivery email.
